Parents, coaches and teachers are significant role models for children. Therefore it is important that we have constructive communication with others, that we are trying our best and show children with our own actions how to show respect for all participants in sport. By doing that we encourage youngsters to a positive example that can reflect in fun, joy and pleasure.
This can be a clear demonstration that result is not everything that counts in sport.
